        Volume 378 is a calendar of case files of the court of vice-admiralty (1784-1868), court for the disposition of intestate estates (1763-1842), court of escheats and forfeitures (1760-1842) and court of error, 1764-1836.

        Volume 393 ("A small volume containing the Records of Deeds of Land in Nova Scotia, - recorded at Halifax while the old imperial Stamp Act was in force in 1765, &c...") missing.

        Includes thirteen volumes of transcripts made between 1857 and 1890 from originals in the Library of the Massachusetts Historical Society, British Library, Public Record Office, Massachusetts State Archives, the Dominion Archives (Public Archives of Canada), New Brunswick Historical Society and Royal Institution (London).
