Forms part of E. Marguerite Letson and consists of one photograph album of prints depicting buildings, houses, and properties in the village of Port Medway, Queen's County, Nova Scotia. The album was assembled by Miss E.M. Letson, a lifelong resident of Port Medway. Each photograph has a caption containing name of place depicted, ownership history, and some include genealogical information. Most photographs are exterior shots and can include outbuildings, barns, streetscapes, and landscapes; and one is of the interior of the Anglican "Church of the Holy Redeemer".

Letson, research notes pertaining to the families and history of Port Medway, and a microfilm reel containing accounts, agreements, bills of sale, bonds, and other documents pertaining to churches, cemeteries, and land in Port Medway. Includes biographical notes, reminiscences, and certificates concerning her grandfather Joseph Jones Letson and two letters that he received from Joseph Howe.
