Scope and content
Series forms part of Nova Scotia County Courts fonds and consists of minute books for the County Court in Windsor, N.S. These books record the daily proceedings of the court including the judge presiding and the cases heard. While some details like the names of witnesses giving testimony were recorded the "minutes" rarely, if ever, recorded any of the testimony or evidence presented. The outcomes of the cases however were usually noted. Most of the books were also used to record the proceedings of other courts or tribunals held at the Windsor courthouse.
