The Corporation is responsible for managing the regulated gambling industry in the province. Lottery and casino activity although managed by the Corporation is principally operated by the Atlantic Lottery Corporation and Casino Nova Scotia which is a division of the Great Canadian Gaming Corporation. The Alcohol and Gaming Division (AGD) of Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations regulates and monitors the industry separately from the Corporation.
