The correspondence appears to be excerpts from letters received, as well as drafts of letters sent.
Forms part of Halifax School for the Deaf and consists of photographs and scrapbooks of newspaper clippings about the school, its programs, students, and staff. Series includes one scrapbook containing mementoes, cards, and Mary Anne MacLean's letters on the occasion of her retirement as a teacher in 1954. Series also includes loose newspaper clippings. Some of the photographs are in albums with captions.
